Hired as Audit Senior on a 6 month contract at age of 23, after applying for a "trainingship" instead of internship

• Manage solo audits or as part of a team

​Core Challenges:

• Youngest Audit Junior was 3 years older and had finished university

• Open doubt about qualification by several project manager at start of engagement when discovering my age

• No experience with UK Gap or working in English

Core Achievements:

• Established myself as valued Audit Senior within the first month

• Got to manage first audit teams with other Audit Seniors and Audit Juniors during third month

• Was offered permanent contract but refused to go to university and pursue a consulting career instead of auditing
