  • Establish a working operational kitchen concept without prior experience

  • Establish a customer base without significant marketing spent

Core Achievements:

  • Rapidly developed a fully implementable concept including contract ready chef and kitchen

  • Grew a following and distribution network through paid food tasting and gym / nutrition expert partnerships

  • Decided ultimately that administrative hurdles make the Hungarian market financially unattractive for this offer

March 2018 - present

Tasks:

  • Create a tailor-made clothing provider that can compete with mass produced quality brands on price while paying fair income to independent tailors

​Core Challenges:

  • Build the company without industry experience

  • Establish relationships with prominent companies as an unknown startup to replace high marketing costs with multiplier who care about fair suit production

  • Survive COVID-19 and the end of in-house events

Core Achievements:

  • Acquired 150k EUR outside investment and support from, amongst others, BlackRock, Morgan Stanley and the President of AmCham (see Key Account Management sample project) 

  • Managed to retain team and customer support during COVID and pivot TTN to a new go-to-market strategy through commercial partnerships

  • Launched new streetwear fashion brand Sonder.fashion to enter the boutique and online store market

  • Had to close company down due to lack of runway during 4th wave of COVID - continuing on a smaller scale as private enterprise

  • Bring together artists with affordable art and customers with the wish to have more unique decoration in their home

​Core Challenges:

  • Create a working system without prior experience and with a low budget programmer

  • Create an offering that is attractive to less art educated audience and promote it wide enough to achieve sufficient traction

Core Achievements:

  • Established a working system and created unique and attractive features

  • Created a small customer community in a difficult market space, but did not achieve sufficient traction

  • Decided in 2018 to focus on a new project and keep ARTCOSMOS as a side project.
