Survive COVID-19 and the end of in-house events
Core Achievements:

Acquired 150k EUR outside investment and support from, amongst others, BlackRock, Morgan Stanley and the President of AmCham (see Key Account Management sample project)

Managed to retain team and customer support during COVID and pivot TTN to a new go-to-market strategy through commercial partnerships

Launched new streetwear fashion brand Sonder.fashion to enter the boutique and online store market

Had to close company down due to lack of runway during 4th wave of COVID - continuing on a smaller scale as private enterprise
